The way this has always actually worked.
Before matrimonial websites, a family asked someone who knew you. A tazkiyah, a recommendation from a person of standing, carried more weight than any profile ever could. We built that back in.
Create a profile and request one“I have known Yusuf for four years. He attends the fajr congregation consistently and assists with the weekend children's classes. He is honest in his dealings and respectful with the elders of the masjid. I recommend him without reservation.”
Four steps, no account needed for them.
Your referee does not have to sign up, install anything, or share their details with anyone but us.
You ask
Enter your referee's name, designation, institution and contact. A sheikh, imam, teacher, employer or community elder.
We send a secure link
Single-use and expiring. Your referee needs no account and never sees your contact details.
They write it
Two hundred to a thousand characters on your character and practice. They can decline privately, you are only told it was not completed.
We verify and publish
Every Tazkiyah is moderated. Verified ones from registered scholars carry the highest weight and link to their profile.
Three tiers
We do not pretend an unverified reference is the same as one from a scholar we know. The tier is always shown.
From a sheikh or counsellor registered on this platform. Their profile is linked.
External referee whose identity our team confirmed by call or institutional email.
External referee, identity unconfirmed. Shown, clearly labelled, and weighted low.
